We have three reservations and one person was told they had to go somewhere else. They went to the other hotel and that hotel didn't even know about them. Once we checked out they couldn't get a detailed printout to show initially and we were told that was the best they could do. However, we can't use it for expense reports unless there are details.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: A great man runs the breakfast bar. The front desk offers cookies daily, and was very gracious in helping me find local businesses. They have also done some changes in style, which was really nice.

They were very clean, comfortable, and very nice (well, most of them). I would stay there again, but I think next trip I will be staying at the Doubletree, which is a Hilton hotel!
This hotel made me feel secure: Someone is always around to help! They let you know they are just a phone call or scream away !
