Jacuzzi broken, A/C broken, TV had channels that did not work, toilet did not flush properly. They refuse to honor Hampton Inn's "100% Guarantee" refund policy by giving me the runaround. At least three employees claimed to be "not authorized" to enforce the guarantee. This is nonsense. Please stay away. This is a very poorly run place.
