The hotel was in very close proximity to a mall. It was also close to the railway system, very easy to get to. The room was extremely comfortable, and the bed was amazing.

They had these cute little black and white pictures everywhere (on keys, elevators,), that were friendly. Made me smile and feel welcome, like they were letting me into their family.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Lots of pillows, little tray to use laptop in bed, large room with couch, very clean.

I will certainly stay in this Hampton Inn again and will strongly consider Hampton Inns as preferred hotels.
This hotel made me feel important: Very gracious, fire in fireplace, newspapers, I was recognized when I came back to front desk.

The only negative was the fact that two dresses were left at the desk (dresses that my sister had brought me from overseas) and they disappeared from lost and found. That was very disappointing.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Good room service; very pleasant server at the morning breakfast buffet - nice clean rooms.
