The staff was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool and the hot tub had quite a bit of sand in them, which was odd, since it was not on a lake. The room was clean and as expected.

The man at the front desk was extremely prompt in bringing extra pillows and a toothbrush. He was the staff working both when we checked in and when we checked out. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and in giving directions.

As a Hilton Diamond Member, everything was very much to my liking.

I had Problems with the internet access in the room. I changed rooms and this did not solve the problem. I was trying to keep up with work while traveling. The staff offered no other recourse. What happened to their one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee?

I was less than satisfied. They had hardly a connection available for internet access after listing and telling us they did. .My husband needed it for work while we were away and it made things very difficult. They didn’t seem to care. When we had stayed at a Hampton in Chesapeake, Virginia they took care of even the most trivial thing. These people were the opposite. I am not sure if we would stay with them again.

I have used this hotel frequently in the past so I always go back because of my satisfaction with it. I will be using one in Saginaw this coming week while my mother is having surgery.

My only real problem was with the pool. It was very cold.
