I have stayed in the Hampton Inn hotel in Bend three times in the past twelve months and it has been an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it.
The rooms feel safe. There is always someone on duty. The outside is well lit. The parking area is all close to the rooms.

Because we had a pet, they put us in a smoking room. It smelled and it had left-over muffin crumbs on the couch. Yuck!!! It also had burned out light bulbs and drains that didn't work.
