every thing was very nice, all the people were friendly.

When we checked-in, we found the assigned room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and used towels were tossed about. Upon complaint, a second room was assigned. After settling down in this room, when the foot stool was moved, a pair of under pants was revealed. In addition, scraps of paper were still under the desk. This second room had not been cleaned properly as well.

We usually look for a Hampton Inns and Suites hotel to stay, as overall we have been very pleased with their quality, service, and cleanliness. Also, the breakfast bar that is included makes it more attractive than most other hotels.

I booked a room at the hotel for two nights through a third party. The first night rate was as expected. The second night's (Saturday) was charged as a weekend for a significantly higher rate. I was unaware that the rate changed during the period of the stay.
