Hampton Inn Batavia Hotel

The staff was very friendly, and especially helpful. They helped me with a corporate rate when booking, gave me directions quickly and in a friendly manner when I was having trouble locating the hotel, and were generally very pleasant to deal with. The spa and pool were a nice surprise, and the rooms were well appointed and spacious.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The facility was welcoming. The lobby almost had a living-room feel.

We (two adults, and two school-aged children) stayed here for three nights in July 2005 while visiting Genesee Country Village (highly recommended!). Everything was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained. It was also very new which is always a nice treat. We'd very happily stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay. They have a courteous staff. I enjoyed it.

It was centrally located relative to my business travel. The bed was more comfortable than expected. They have an excellent continental breakfast.
