Hampton Inn was great!! It was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. We had a great nights rest. Better than some of the more expensive hotels we've stayed...

The staff remembers who I am and, more importantly, remember my family. They always ask how we are doing. Whenever I stay there it is like staying at my friend's place for the weekend.

California was having bad storms and rain. The hotel staff still acted like we mattered as customers. They still took time to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us a good rate. All these things showed that they valued us as customers. Many of the customers came in looking like they had spent time in the rain. The staff still treated the customers like they were fresh and fancy.
