the general manager is very unorganized , staff complicate you stay and make things confusing

The air conditioning unit was too noisy. It would go on and off and wake me up each time.

I am not likely to return to the Hampton Inn Austin South Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was close to my business appointment.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I enjoyed their clean and quiet upgraded facilities.

It was very easy to find. It was in a great location very close to the airport.

This hotel made me feel inspired: I was thrilled by the high-speed internet access in my room. They even provided me with a desk and a lap desk for my convenience.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Austin South Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
