Hampton Inn Atlanta Hotel

I always stay at Hampton hotels as a member of the Hilton Honors program. I have always had a positive experience at the Hampton hotels.

It was very good, as expected.

The location was great. The bathroom was not the best. The toilet would not work at all and it took three calls before they fixed it. We just felt that either they did not care or they were just under staffed. We have always suggested Hampton Inns to friends, family and workmates, but now we don't.

It felt very hot in the elevator. I was not informed of events held on premises during my stay, such as complimentary food and social on one particular night I was there. When I found out and went in, I was told there was no more food and drinks.
