i recently stayed at this Hampton inn in Allentown. it was for a college softball tournament. my car along with 2 other vehicles, were broken into in the parking lot! navigation systems were stolen, along with each of us having broken windows! Hampton inn is not taking responsibility. it was in their lot under the lights, but they will not help in any way! next time you stay for a weekend, especially if it is when people traveling from far, beware! the people who did it seemed to know we would be there for this tournament, and they did their damage! Hampton inn owners could have been nice and took responsibility, but no! instead, we have to pay out of our pockets for our loss. so instead of paying 85-100 per night, don't book your stay here because it could end up costing you $1000 in the end! stay at a more user friendly hotel, where owners have sympathy for their loyal customers!

I liked it a lot. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They said hello and when we checked out they asked if everything was okay.

Everything was satisfactory. It's a good place to stay.

My stay was as expected. I like staying at the Hampton Inn hotels. They keep their hotels very clean and the service is always good.

It's a very comfortable facility. There was a problem with the hot water but we were compensated for the situation.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a spacious room.
