Hampton Inn Hotel

The Hampton Inn in Dubuque, Iowa is really nice. It looks almost brand new and the service was great. We were coming in to town to visit family and wanted to try a different hotel this time. We will be back to the Hampton Inn for sure.

I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again, especially in Dubuque Iowa. Our rooms were not cleaned and when asked to do so they stated if they had a chance. Later I called for service and they told me to go in the hall and find a cleaning lady to tell her. I came back and my room was not cleaned. I called at 12:30 AM to get towels. THe manager at this hotel needs to attend a Dale Carnigiee class to work on the way he treats his customers. I hope all of you tell individuals not to stay at this hotel. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one by far has surpassed the worst.
