Hampton Inn Hotel

Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites are really coming on. Stayed in this one last year and another this year that were so impressive for the money just had to go in and review them. We saw they advertise at check in now that if your not satisfied the stay is free. I bet they never have to do that as they were on top of everything -- clean, quiet, efficient, friendly. Not the fanciest, but pretty nice really.

The rooms are comfortable. Especially where the beds have been upgraded. Their breakfast is most often tasty.

We always stay at this Hampton Inn while in Greenville. We have been very happy with their rooms and service. They are always very friendly and courteous.

The handicapped-accessible room was very small and dark but the bathroom was large and well lit. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked due to a sports team using it. The food was not replenished in over thirty minutes. The hotel location was difficult to access.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff was extremely courteous in both word and deed. When we requested a different room, they quickly responded, showed us to the room, and carried all our bags for us to the new room.

It's a decent hotel, but it's not in a great neighborhood.
