Hampton Harbor Motel

We stayed here twice last summer, and will have no problem returning. It is nothing fancy, but the rooms are comfy, the owners are nice, and the pool/ deck area is great. You can sit up top and watch the harbor and also see the ocean. The motel has a "salty" feel to it, and is located at the far south end of town. However everything is within walking distance, and its nice to be able to park your vehicle and not have to drive it until you check out. Parking is also covered (rooms are above). The owner is a nice guy who likes to talk to guests and gives good information.

This place is wonderful for children. The beach is a short walk, the pool is warm for the little ones. It's a short walk to the kiddy park and ice cream and a marina. The rooms are big with a fridge and a table and a microwave. The staff is friendly. The owners are great people who truly enjoy having families stay at their motel.

I had a great stay here our room was nice. The beds were alright and there could have been one or two more pillows, but other than that, it was great and the pool was awesome. The owner was great, he even gave me and my family free t-shirts. I thought he was very nice and the rooms were clean!

It was a great room. My family has been going for 6 years and this year will be 7! It's a great family tradition.

We reserved two non-smoking rooms for three nights. The owner told us that we would have to take a smoking and non-smoking room, and would have to leave after two nights as he sold our room for the third night.

We told him we would have to stay elsewhere as our small children have allergies, and he screamed for us to get out and said he will still charge our credit card. He did. The man is a thief, he stole $246. Do not stay here, he is a dishonest man that will not hold your reservation if he thinks he can make more money.

This motel has to be the worst one I've stayed at in Hampton Beach by far. The rooms were dark and damp, you would think they could spare a light bulb. The pool on the roof was a cruel joke and the staff was less then helpful. I've been to Hampton beach many times and will go again, but I'll never go back here again. Luckily, there's plenty of decent places there.
