45 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Our toilet was running constantly; I had to turn off the water to it to stop it, especially at night. I reported the problem and it was finally fixed one day before leaving. The front desk was not friendly or efficient - they were talking on the phone instead of waiting on us, and they were not very knowledgeable about processes.

I am very likely to return to the Hamilton House.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
