Please be careful when renting from this location and leaving a deposit, especially from Bryan Soloman of Century 21 Award. We gave more than two months notice of cancellation due to ATA airlines filing bankruptcy and cancelling all flights which left us stranded losing over $2800. After pleading for a refund multiple times and finally ending up disputing through the credit card comapny, he emails me "Say goodbye to a resolution". In other words, they have NO intentions of giving a refund even if they do rent the week to someone else.

We have stayed at this complex for 27 years, and it’s still awesome. Each unit is 1200 square feet, they have covered parking, which is rare. It’s across from a great beach. They have a good pool. All our friends are jealous when they come to visit. It’s an easy walk to shopping, food and great restaurants. We just love it.
