Made reservations for a holiday weekend along with another couple. Both of us were quoted the same room rate. They called a week later and said that they would not honor that rate. I asked for the manager and was told to call back and when I did I was informed that they had cancelled our reservations. They did the same for the other couple and they never received a phone call. When the other couple called and inquired why they had done this they were told "because we can and we do not care what you think". STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLEABAG HOTEL

Avoid this place. Had a very bad experience the first night, didn't stay here the second two nights, couldn't get a refund for any of the nights. Shower didn't work, bathtub faucet would not shut off or mix right. Bed sagged so bad that my wife and I rolled toward the center all night. Manager is very rude. Hotel should be shut down to protect the public. It is a scam. You can pay $20 more and get a really nice room at Sagebrush or other hotel in Taos.

Shady, strange. Was charged ten dollars more when I arrived per night than what I was quoted. No kleenex, no maid service the following morning and had a band aid in the shower. Continental breakfast consisted of a box of muffins and coffee. When asked about kleenex, was told to use toilet paper as that is what the man at the desk said he did at home. Management seemed to be at the desk when they felt like it as there didn't appear to be any regular hours. Manager also used a loud leaf blower at 8:45 sunday morning-avoid this place even if it is one of the cheapest.

This hotel is extremely low budget. It's worth it to spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.
The phones didnt work, (they called it a party line), I had to call in someone to fix the shower nozzle, twice, it was continually broken, and the manager is extremely rude taken to a new level. It was creepy.

Horrible
My mother and I set out to plan our graduation celebration vacation and trusted the Internet to lead us in a good direction...wrong. The Hacienda Inn appears like a deal at $50 a night for two people, but upon arrival the tables turn. We arrived...
