49 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Stayed there over the weekend of March 28,29,30 2008 Food was great the people were friendly and accomodating. Loved to drive a little extra for better rates than Las Vegas and rural atmosphere. They even have accomodations for people with pets! I will definetley stay there again.

22 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

When I stayed there the clerk in the lobby was very rude, the housekeepers didn't give a hoot about anybody but themselves.

Although the rooms were very clean, and they have good rates, the service in the restaurant sucked, too! The food was horrible. The staff was not friendly, and I would never want even my enemies to be treated as I was staying there.

I am not likely to return to the Hacienda Hotel and Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.
