The rooms are designed like the Marriott Residence Inn, small studio apartments. But with one bonus, the bedroom is fully segregated from the kitchen/living room area. Only two minor drawbacks: no microwave in kitchen and the TV was pretty small. ...

Ok... Not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel. It is not EVEN close. This is more an extended stay type hotel with separate living/sleeping areas. Kitchenette contains older full-size stove, refrigerator & dishwasher but no microwave.

Excellent hotel! I had read a lot of reviews of other hotels and was very nervous until I read the reviews on Habitat Suites. It was quite a lovely hotel. Clean and well kept, friendly and personable staff. The evening quiet hours were an added bonus. One of my favorite things was the breakfast. They served organic food and healthy food choices. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I felt very at home with Habitat Suites. I know I will be returning for another trip to Austin.
