32 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Everything was great until we came back from the park and the maid had left the latch in the door, holding it open a crack. There was a safe in the room, so our valuables were safe and nothing was missing. Nothing was done about, it when we told management there was only an apology offered. This is one of those things that you cannot hold against the company, only against the staff. Our feeling for the company is the same as when we arrived. We just will not go to this particular location again.

It was a Disney hotel. We had access to early admission and late stays at Disney World. It's in a very convenient location for Disney World.
This hotel made me feel important: They gave us additional information on what Disney sights to see and free sights close by to visit as we rented a car for the last three days.

We stayed in a great one bedroom suite with a jacuzzi and balcony. We were very pleased with the room. This was much better than the regular studio room. I have stayed there before as well. There were two TV's and they were huge.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Everything I needed was in the room. Just because we did not pay for it did not make them treat us differently.
