The room needed upgrading pretty badly. Stained carpets and poor tile grouting. They switched us to a so called up-grade, but we lost the view we would have had of diamond head; we ended up with no view.

Hilton consistently delivers superior service and they strive to make the customer happy. I rarely see that in businesses today and appreciate it very much. If they keep up the excellent service, they will retain my loyalty for many, many years.

This hotel made me feel excited: They gave me an upgraded room worth $700/night because am a hilton hhonors gold member and the upgraded room was available. I found this feature to be very welcome and appreciate that they gave me that room for the evening.

Beautiful resort. I would go back again. It is right on the beach and you can see downtown honolulu from the rooms. Within walking distance to other places. This resort had alot of neat expensive and inexpensive shops to browse around in. Seems like.
