I used to associate the Hilton hotels with a certain amount of class. The recent disgusting public displays by the Hilton family, quite honestly, have made me re-think. In the future, if there is another hotel of that quality besides a Hilton where I need to be, I'll go there instead. All that money and no social conscience? I don't need to support that kind of organization.

Hilton guest services, front desk staff, were incompotent and rude, although remained polite and composed in all my dealings with them. They do not belong in customer service positions.
