The location was excellent as we were there because a family member was in Covenant Hospital, which is just down the street. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and they specialize in long-term stays by families who have members hospitalized.
The staff was on a first name basis with all of us who were there for more than a week. They were friendly, helpful, and caring.
I am very likely
to return to the Guest House Inn & Extended Stay.

The Guesthouse Inn is under new management. The new manager has turned what used to be a warm, inviting atmosphere, into a cold, cruel environment. Please bring back the original employees!
pros: inexpensive, comfortable, quietWhat a find!! Close to Texas Tech and to many medical facilities--this inexpensive little hotel is spotless and has wonderful service.
