This was a nasty hotel that should be torn down! My room had a leak in the roof, dirty sheets, a dirty tub and toilet that tried to fall over when sat on. I booked the room through PL on line. After paying them over $80 for two nights, I was charged an additional $22 at the desk by management, for a non smoking room. The hotel was close to empty and this made no sense to me! When I complained to Price Line, I got no response at all. When I called Guesthouse Intl, they claimed to have no affiliation with this unit and suggested I contact the owner. Don’t get taken!

The staff was gracious and they allowed us to change the room upon check in. However, we did not enjoy the continental breakfast as it was less than what we expected. Overall, the stay was good.

I just visited the mountains and stayed at the Guesthouse Inn. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon.

My wife and I were married on April 1st this year and decided to spend our honeymoon in Gatlinburg. We made the reservations way ahead of time. After checking out all of the available hotels in the area, we decided on the GuestHouse.

When we arrived on May 30th we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. They offered to help us with our luggage, but we turned down the offer. When went to check in, everything having to with the reservations were all still setup and ready. The staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly, giving us information having to do with dining, things to see and do. They just went way out of their way to be very accommodating.
