At the Guesthouse Suites Plus Tulsa. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast seven days a week, as well as a coin-operated guest laundry facility in the lobby area. Cash paying customers are required to pay room and tax plus $100.00 refundable deposit at check in. Pets under 80 pounds will be permitted with a 50.00USD Refundable deposit applied at check in. There is a fitness center on property, and an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and sports court for your relaxation. Our guests can connect to Wireless Internet in and around the lobby. Our Executive Suite is a studio floor plan, with a queen bed and large bathroom with separate vanity. The living room area has a pull out sofa sleeper-full, executive sized desk and ergonomically designed chair, and a 27inch television. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen with standard sized appliances, large counter-breakfast bar. There is Free High Speed Internet connection, personalized voice mail and a 2-line telephone. The executive suite can sleep up to 4 people. Or our Penthouse Suite features two spacious levels and two full bathrooms. It is 75 percent larger than a typical hotel room, approximately 750 square feet. The main level has a sofa sleeper along with a 27inch TV as in the executive. A Murphy Bed, which pulls out of the wall, is also on the main level of the penthouse. Upstairs, is the additional sleeping area-not enclosed, with a Queen Sized bed and second full bathroom. The penthouse suite can sleep up to 6 people.
