It is excellent for the price, it has wi-fi internet connection and it is centrally located.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They took care of my wi-fi internet needs and they move me so I could get a better signal.

I told them I needed a reservation for December 24th, but I would not arrive until after two a.m. There was no reservation when I arrived. However, there was a reservation for December 25th, which I had not asked for. However, there was a room that someone else had rejected. The desk attendant left to be sure the room was in order, and it was fine. The resolution of the problem was satisfactory. However at two in the morning, I was very distressed to be standing around in a motel lobby by myself.

I have stayed at this hotel several times a year for the last few years for business and this time it was different. The staff stated they were under new management. Boy, are they ever. The quality in the hotel is so bad I will be staying at the Ramada or Red Lion for my next visit.

The carpets in the hallways, elevator, and rooms are visibly dirty. The sheets on my bed were not changed during the three nights I stayed there. The breakfast used to include a protein, no more hard boiled eggs. The only options are breads, rolls, waffles or cereals. Oh yes, and green bananas. Blah.

The staff was unresponsive to my calls and when I stopped at the front desk to inquire about the checking out process, the clerk didn't even look up from her computer screen. It’s a dirty hotel with poor room and maid service, a staff that doesn’t care and management that clearly doesn't care. No thanks.

This Hotel is by far the Best in the Longview-Kelso area i have been staying here on buissness for years and would'nt stay anywhere else. The convience of the hotel is wonderful and the Hot waffle breakfast is excellent.

I looked at other hotels. This one was the newest, nicest, cleanest and best value for my dollar. I would definitely recommend.
