On the plus side the hotel was RIGHT off the expressway ( I-40) in Knoxville. Easy off/Easy on, and near several restaurants. Our non-smoking room was actually non-smoking and had recently had the carpet replaced. The room was fairly clean and...
Stayed this past weekend with a large group of 40 people. The rooms were terribly dirty. Dust was everywhere. The bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and grunge in the corners. Everything in the room was "sticky"...
Older hotel, but clean rooms, friendly staff. Great Breakfast-Hot items every day. Nice stop over. Wiill definitely saty again when traveling through the Knoxville Area.

The location was convenient and the price was okay. It offers easy access to the highway system and easy access to Knoxville. The room was clean and quiet and private and had good TV selections.
It was worth the money and it was a good selection since I made it on the internet and had no real idea where it was.
I am very likely
to return to the GuestHouse Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We liked it well. However, the lighting was too dim. They need to use higher wattage bulbs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet. The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.
