50 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They went out of their way to please you.

I am very likely to return to the GuestHouse Inn Glen Allen.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

51 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It's a good value for the room but they still had not completed the repairs from back in November. I stayed in the same room both trips. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a heavy cigarette odor. When I told this to the front desk clerk she said they try to police it. I told her there are no signs on the exterior door or in the interior of the room indicating it is a non-smoking room. They have skimpy pillows, bring your own along or get extras when you check in. It's very close to I-95. They have a very friendly staff and an excellent complimentary breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the GuestHouse Inn Glen Allen.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
