Great hotel over the other economy hotels. No curb appeal but the rooms and new furniture looked new. Very clean. Waffles for breakfast was great. staff was awesome.

Well, it's small. The breakfast has cold juice, and the rooms are standard, but way above a Motel 6. The TV even has some channels to watch and the room had a decent bed. I didn't use the towel that my predecessor used by the sink. I think the maid just missed the stains on it, there are plenty of other towels to use though, and I sure did. But I'm there to sleep. It has a good Walgreens across the street and close food. If you want fluff, go up the street and pay three times as much for a room of the same size.

I'll go back there too. It was relatively quiet and low noise between rooms and outside. You can't beat the price in Coeur d'Alene unless you really want to stay in a real shanty.

We recently stayed at the GuestHouse Inn while moving from Portland, Oregon to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The first night of our move we stayed at Motel 6. For the same cost, actually three dollars less, the accommodations, amenities, helpfulness, and kindliness of the staff at GuestHouse Inn far outdid its neighbor. We have already and will in the future, recommend the establishment to anyone wanting to visit us without staying in our house. The location is easy to find and accessible. Much more was included with the room than we expected. Moving is difficult enough. We had a cooler of food with us. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff had no problem giving us much needed paper plates, and plastic ware when we requested them. Also, a continental breakfast, continuous coffee, and a local newspaper were included. It was great!

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff anticipated our needs. They answered our questions as best they could without seeming in the least put out. Being new to the area, and attempting to find a rental, we asked a lot. It was very much appreciated.
