Worst hotel on earth. Had rooms reserved could not make it to hotel do to family illness. Called a week and a half before reservation to cancel was charged anyway. When I called to find out why I was charged the girl at the front desk told me that I was their when really I was 450 miles away. When I ask her to show proof or a sign in slip they did not have anything nobody had any clue what was going on. Manager/owner told me that I was just out of my money and he said "sorry about your luck" would not let me speak. I got the lady's name and date when I canceled room.
