A staff member went into my room and stole all my money. When notified about the incident, the manager and the owner accused me of lying (later, I came to find out that is the treatment any victim of robbery, which happens quite often, receives at this hotel).
The only action they took was to fire the only staff member who treated me with dignity. There are no words to describe how it feels to lose all my savings of months, which I acquired with so much hard work, and, on top of it, be treated as if I was the "crook".
