I liked everything. They give a great military discount. The bedding and the bathroom were more luxurious than other inexpensive hotels. The room service was great.
Everyone was very willing to go out of the way to help us with anything we needed.

The rooms have a musty smell. The hotel needs upgrading. My room was hot when I arrived despite the air unit put on high and they quickly checked and fixed the problem.

Great hotel..travelling with family.. got adjoining rooms w/ king beds per request...very good service!!! If visiting Greensboro area..recommend this...

The only thing we were dissatisfied with was that the room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. Other than that, everything was exceptional. They had a very friendly staff and clean rooms. It is a beautiful hotel.
The rooms were very luxurious and the beds were extremely comfortable.

My daughter's eye swelled up after swimming in the dirty pool and the hot tub had ceramic tiles loose or broken and you could feel the grit underwater. the Pizza from room service was the worst I've ever had but when I complained about the folks...
