The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool is well maintained and fun for my kids. The location was convenient to Guilford College which is where we needed to be.
The bed was much better than our bed at home.

It was very expensive and did not include free internet. At other hotels that charge half as much, internet was free. I had a poolside room and it smelled musty although the room itself was very clean. The breakfast buffet was cold and not very tasty. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel and they used top quality linens. Next time I'll stay in a cheaper hotel that offers free internet.
They had a very nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds and bed linens were top quality and very comfortable. The lobby was spacious and elegant. Check in and out was hassle free.
