Beware! If you have computer or internet access issues at this place, you risk being double or triple charged for internet access, and they will not refund the extra charges even though they will promise to. We had our laptop crash on us and we had to sign up for internet access a second time. We told the manager and we were promised we would be reimbursed for the second internet access charge. They lied. We were not refunded. Then we had a second computer problem and the buildings I.T. guy told us to sign up for internet access a 3rd time to help trouble shoot the problem. He promised we would be refunded the extra internet access charge. He lied. We were not refunded. When it comes to honesty and honest billing, they have none and we paid for it.
