The service is terrible. First you wait in line to check-in; then you wait to be called to get your actual key. You then wait in line to get the key. That process took about 3 hours. If you want to eat at the hotel, you will wait and wait again!
The only really positive aspect was the water park. The kids had a good time and the lines were actually not bad. They could stand to have a few more rides/slides though.
