Customer service was HORRIBLE, sink was clogged. Asked to unclog. Never happend. Room was musty and dirty, carpet was damp, A/C broke, replaced with one that made the air smell like a combo of feet/vomit/mildew the whole time. Complained to Guest Services. Offered 1 round of free mini golf and a free breakfast buffet. Air never got better. Breakfast and golf were below average anyway - they should include it in the high cost of the poor-quality lodging anyway. Had to buy Lysol to kill odor/germs. Didn't work. CS could care less about us and never even checked on us to see if things were any better. Customer service guy seemed inconvenienced by our complaint. I explained we have asthma and use inhalers and this room was going to be a problem for us with the poor air quality. We returned home after a 2 night stay, and all of us had to go to the doctor for upper respiratory infections - from that dirty, germ-infested room we stayed in! Will not recommend this place to anyone and suggest anyone planning a vacation, think twice about it. It's not worth the time or money!!

“Read this review” After reading many reviews and feeling some apprehension I took my family to the Williamsburg location, checking in 8/4/09 around 1pm. Check-in went well, we received or bands and headed to the water park. I was so impressed with the safety level offered by the lifeguards and began to relax and enjoy myself. Not long afterwards we got the call that our room was ready, retrieved our room bands and headed in to settle down. The kids were beside themselves with the cabin suite and facility as a whole. Everything looked perfect on the surface. In the morning as we were about to head out I removed the linen from the queen bed to be changed and to my horror and disgust discovered a 2inch x 2inch patch of dried BLOOD. NOT MINE. I went to the desk and asked the manager, Chris Douglas to come to my room, she did. She wrote some info. In a book, took a picture, and told me I would hear from a higher up that was in the building. After about three hours just before Ms.Douglas was to get off I returned to the counter, she informed me that her manager had investigated and taken care of the room. She lastly said to me that there would be a credit of half my bill reflected on my account. I was satisfied with the attempt to compensate my family for our inconvience and potential exposure. The next day at checkout things did not go well. My bill reflected a credit of $170.04 after having deposited $628 in advance, no where near half. After going back and forth with the attendant at the counter who was relaying the conversation to someone in an office I requested to speak with this manager in person. Ken Davis, the person in the office comes out and informs me that Ms. Douglas took half off of one day, I told him that was not what I had agreed to nor was it acceptable. After more useless rhetoric I was given the name and card of yet another manager, and told that he would be in meetings all day. What should have been an easy and wonderful vacation left me with an opinion of this resort.
I had attended a wedding this past weekend and I was already hesitant about a wedding being located at a Venue with so many kids running around but I was very dissapointed with the Management in the banquet department. The food was fine but this gu

I've taken my family to the GWL 3 times within the past 2 years, and it's just hitting me as I sit here listening to my hacking son that we've gotten sick each time we've gone there. We have a blast when we get there, but when we wake up the next da
My family (2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 13, and 9) just visited the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg over Christmas. We live in NYC. Our first choice was the location closer to home - the Poconos (only a 2 hour drive), but it was fully booked. We...
