My stay here was pretty decent, its about 3 blocks from the powell st. bart station (it goes to and fro sfo for $5 and change) but depending on the time you arrive you have to fight your way through crowds of people and a welcoming hill to get here.

Guest rooms are clean and attractive but outfitted with a typical quilted bedspread in shades of burgundy, a small, bleached wood desk and TV stand. The ambience is a little sterile compared to a cozy B&B or luxurious boutique hotel but helpful...
