That's a place where you should never stay. I booked the room when I was still in Dallas and it seems perfect. There was Private bathroom, internet access in the room, phone line, it seems perfect and with a good price for New York.
That's not the truth. The main problem is that the hotel employees spent all the time lying to me. First they tried to put me in a room without private bathroom. I refused and one room with private bathroom just appeared when I asked for the cancelation of the charge in the credit card.
The next problem was internet access. First they said they was without laptop cable for internet (all the cables was in use), when I realized that the room hasn't a cable internet point, they said to me that I could get wireless in the room, that it was open. Wrong again, so they said they would open the wireless especially for me (there is no sense in this), but just in the last day the truth appeared: they haven't a room with private bath and internet access, I should use internet at the lounge. I event tried to be a good guy and asked them for a cable to use at the lounge, because I needed to use internet with my notebook, but they haven't any.
The payment was another problem. They swear to me that when I used the credit card at the first day was just a pre-approval process and they need to use the credit card again to charge the value of the room. Sure: They just want I give them my card to double charge me for the room, very nice.
When the police arrived, they changed the history: now they need the card to charge an extra-tax, one more invented by them.
This could be a nice place if there was even one honest employee in this hotel.
