Hotel was definately nice by Myrtle Beach standards. The doors to the rooms do open up to the parking garage, but not the ocean front rooms. We didnt hear a thing and it was nice to be so close to the car. This hotel is a great deal for the money -

Location, parking garage, private balcony.Needed more seating in room & space to put items on. The hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again, only probably in a larger room or suite. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The pool side, Daquari bar was a treat.The room had a mildew smell. The refrigerator had rust. We took a quick getaway with our teenagers. It was great to have such a spacious room [non-efficiency] ocean-front and over looking the Lazy river & pool...

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach and has a beautiful ocean view from its rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Grande Shores.

We stayed 8 days and everything was wonderful... The staff in the bar were great...The housekeeping was great however< none of them could speak english!!! We had a beautiful view and the rooms were spacious. We hope to return next year if the rates...
