The hotel was not as helpful as I felt. They could have helped my party to locate item we forgot to take while leaving the hotel. I feel there was a lack of effort.

They need to ensure Internet access has a good signal in all rooms. They should also ensure that lighting in hallways is working until sunrise (not one hour before the sun comes up).

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The room/facility had a very professional atmosphere. It has a very nice staff.

This hotel was convenient to where I was going.

I chose this hotel because of the location (near my meeting site), the price (comparable to other hotels in the area), and because it is part of the Hilton chain and I am a member of Hilton Honors.

Apparently, wedding receptions are more important than actual guests. One night in particular, there was a reception in the courtyard with extremely loud music (I could hear the DJ's voice clearly). When I called the desk, the male who answered made it out to be my problem saying things like 'nobody goes to bed before 1 on the weekends.' I have small children and we do. It was rather disappointing to say the least. All he needed to say was 'I apologize, I'll look into it and see what I can do.' Instead, he accused me of not understanding them 'celebrating their joyous occasion.'

This hotel made me feel important: They answered all my questions relating to obtaining directions to locations in a professional and friendly manner.

They forgot to give a wakeup call some of the days, and forgot to clean the suite at least 2 days that my son in law had to ask.

This hotel made me feel respected: Excellent service by the staff.

This hotel made me feel secure: Key card entrances. All rooms had interior entry.

From the manager on down they were terrific. No request was too large or too small for them to handle.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We were there during the hurricane that went through Florida. Meals were delivered to us and the staff carried groceries into the room for us, as I had surgery and could not do this for myself. The maid staff was particularly excellent, as well as the front desk staff.

The toilet was plugged and they couldn't fix it.

This hotel made me feel elegant: It had a very cool area for the pool that made me feel like a rock star.

I was glad to stay in a nice place for two days.

This hotel made me feel important: The rooms were a great value and were nicer than I expected or deserved for that price.

The manager gave us free tickets to Bush Gardens, which made for a great visit.

This hotel made me feel excited: The court yard was beautiful and just outside my door. I could look out first thing every morning and take in the beautiful day the Lord had blessed us with.
