45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
A good hotel for business as well as families.. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The Tiki Bar that was great.The hotel staff knew litttle about everything and also on sports. It is a good place to stay.I loved my stay here.

70 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Check in took over twenty minutes. The rooms were not made up until after five o'clock in the afternoon on two days. The pool rules were not enforced. The requested bill was not delivered to the room. The staff washed the walkways after five o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday with a very loud machine. Painting going on during the stay blocked off the corridors and wet paint was everywhere for several days.

not likely
to return to the Grand Suites Tampa.

would not recommend it to
friends.

I dislike that the hotel only offers beer and wine during the happy hour. I think they need to offer more variety. The breakfast at the restaurant was not very good.
This hotel made me feel content: The hotel staff was very attentive and they made me feel very welcome.

The shuttle service to shopping mall was very nice. The staff was eager to please.
This hotel made me feel entertained: There was a large get together the first night we were there with music and food.
