It's simply a great, relaxing get away. The staff is cordial, and respectful, and fun. The shops are great. I also like the buffet and the other restaurants.

This hotel made me feel pampered: My friend and I have been going there for years (before it was the Hilton). The service is superb (including room service). They treat you with respect. The maids are cheerful and efficient. It's a great place to get away. We never have to leave the building.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

24 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

We weren't happy with how many of the non-casino entertainment options were closed early in the evening.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We aren't used to facilities like what were available at the Hilton for our meetings and business use.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.

The Hilton offers great rates to returning guests. They have a lot to offer when you bring children up, enough activities for kids at reasonable prices in the arcade and bowling alley. They give you coupons, for great discounts, you don't have to gamble to be treated well.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were with a large group for a xmas party and we all had the same complaint. No coffee in the rooms! We were forced to stand in a long line at a coffee vendor and my wait was 30 minutes! plus had to carry coffee up to top floor.
