The staff was not knowledgeable about the area.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

This Hilton is older but well-maintained. It has large guest rooms and good restaurants. It has a large airy casino with a good selection of games. Staying here is always fun.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I like the Hilton in Reno and NYC quite a lot. In Reno I like the fact that it is not on the beaten path, although I have traveled to those places but was able to get away a little.

I am very likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There was very bad service at the hotel restaurant Chili's. When I notified the desk at checkout, the agent just laughed and said that they get a lot of complaints about Chili's. Perhaps they should do something about it rather than try to make light of their customers' complaints.

I am not likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly and the windows let in a lot of heat. The room was very hot, and the hotel was booked, so we couldn't change rooms. It was never fixed. The food at the hotel was mediocre at best, and the cocktail bar waitresses had limited English capabilities, kept messing up our orders, and took forever to deliver. I don't know if I'd stay there again -- the rooms weren't cheap, even with my convention discount.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.

My stay at the Hilton was wonderful in all ways. My only dislike was that the bed was not comfortable -- it seemed old and worn.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have many employees and security was always seen.
