i stayed here for my b-day weekend and it was a joke from the get-go!!! we didnt get help with our bags so after dragging them up to the 3rd floor our room keys didnt work and had to go get new ones 3 times eventually they sent a repair man he worke

Excellent staff and location.Nothing. We loved every minute of our stay. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Valet was great - pool was wonderful.

Horrible
Location.Rooms. My expectations were high, however, the room was overlooking a roof and was dark, the bathroom was smelling badly, it was noisy, to get to the lobby we had to cross the pool area, it did not have the normal amenities of a hotel.

Excellent
Homely with fireplaces in the living room and bedroom, nice kitchen.My room faced the main thoroughfare in South Lake Tahoe. Expensive but worth every penny. I would stay there again.

I liked the location and some of the facilities, including the pool, the hot tub and the exercise facilities. I didn't like the fact that you had to valet.

to return to the Grand Residences by Marriott, Lake Tahoe - studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was beautiful. The pool and dining were excellent. However, there were small problems with the room. The blinds broke in our bedroom, the TV remote didn't work, and the blender was cracked. Also, when we used the laundry facilities, the detergent vending machine was broken.
The furniture in the rooms was very nice.
