42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is supposed to be a four star hotel. Well, either they stole a couple of stars or borrowed it from somewhere else. The lobby is impressive and thats where it stops. The cherry on the cake was breakfast. I stuck to bread and coffee - safest! The food looked as if it was destined for some correctional facility. To top it all off, the table collapsed on me. This is a two star hotel and should be rated as such. There are much better hotels in Nairobi.

Hotel refused to honor the travel website rate. Hotel advertised free airport shuttle, then attempted $40 charge. Charged $1 extra in a cocktail for the lime "twist". I spent hours trying to rectify room charges.
