The Grand Plaza Hotel has 200 newly remodeled rooms overlooking the Ozark Mountains. All rooms are furnished with in-room coffee makers, ironing boards with irons, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and wireless broadband Internet. There's a nice indoor pool and hot tub as well as a games room and a fitness center. The gourmet restaurant looked nice, although I didn't eat there are there were quite a few choice nearby. There's also a bar / lounge area to relax in at the end of the day. The staff are helpful and friendly and have a good knowledge of the local area.

We have stayed at the Grand Plaza every time we visit Branson for several years. .this past visit was awful. .the first night we were there rain poured in the window. The bathroom floor was filthy, dust and debris on the floor and it was not cleaned up during our entire stay. But the worst part of this visit is that our daughter came home with bed bug bites. .I have contacted them about this problem but got no response at all. .will never stay there again and cannot recommend it at all. .

We held our military reunion at the Grand Plaza in the beginning of June 2008. We found the Grand Plaza to be an excellent choice for service and price. The complimentary buffet breakfast was outstanding, the support for our group was first class, and the accommodations were very good.
The Grand Plaza is right in the middle of everything. Parking was free and our hospitality room was kept up to the minute with ice and coffee. Our members (Korean Vets) are all in their seventies and eighties, but we had no problems for those who found it somewhat difficult to get around.
I would heartily recommend this hotel to vets groups.

It is not on the strip but it has a lounge open to the public. Often the restaurant and the lounge are closed due to private parties. That canceled out the whole reason for staying but the staff worked with us and they reduced the bill as a result!
I am not likely
to return to the Grand Plaza Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We have always enjoyed the rooms and the amenities. The free breakfast buffet is outstanding. Best of all, is the New Years Eve extravaganza which gets better each year.
The staff served us dinner even though the kitchen was closing for the late night entertainment. It is unfortunate age was a factor in the last review, but had they been able to stay, I'm sure their rating would have been much better. Its a class act and an even classier hotel. I especially love being able to use the pool until midnight. Its temperature has always been perfect for any weather.

I loved the view and the entertainment, it was very personal. It's a classy place to stay. The staff and amenities were wonderful. The price was reasonable. They had very comfortable and clean rooms.

I was able to book the hotel online with no problems. I was able to confirm my reservations with no problems. I drove for 4 hours to get to the hotel, just to be told that you must be 21 years old to reserve a room. I believe that this information should be made available at the time of booking instead of when you get to the hotel. If this is the hotel policy, then they should make sure customer knows about it. So travelers be warned, make sure you ask if there is a age restriction before you drive for hours to be denied your room.

Good
The continental breakfast was on 9th floor and it was really good. The parking lot was on a hillside with many steps to walk up just to get into the hotel . It seemed that the spaces were limited in number.“The children and I enjoyed our stay...
