Official Hotel Information
We have stayed seveal times at this hotel and always loved it. However, when we were there with thousands of other conservatives for a rally in September, we were appalled at how we were treated! I was walking through the lobby on my way to my room carrying a sign. I was told by the "rent-a cop" to turn the sign around as it might offend someone. There was nothing obscene or offensive on the sign. When we complained to management, they tripped over themselves, lying about "company policy". BTW, the Hyatt up the street hosted the sign making party, so how can simply walking to your room carying one, held down at your waist, be a problem? We will NEVER stay there again, and hope my conservative friends don't either!

Excellent property in a super location. Lovely atrium, great bar downstairs that served chicken wings with BBQ sauce on the side that was so good I had to place a second order. Great service as well. Good place to watch sporting events. Room was located on the opposite side of the elevator bank so the walk was probably one of the longest ones I've ever had in a hotel, but the deal I got was great so it was well worth it.

We loved the concierge, who really helped us finding a rental car. We disliked our room a bit (1053) because it was located at the corner thus making it a bit small. The fact that you need to pay more then 7 dollar for internet access is strange and a bad service.

This hotel ranks up there as one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at. First, there are not enough outlets in the room for those who carry a lot of electronics such as laptops, ipods, and phone charges. Secondly, the hotel bungled my credit car

We really liked the hotel - beautiful, full of life, nice staff, nice room, perfect location. We stayed with 2 kids (6 and 8) for 3 nights, and we loved it. The only reason I am giving grade 4 rather than 5 is because the fitness club was not incl

Excellent
I stayed here for two weeks on business and was very impressed. The staff was more polite and attentive than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. The location can't be beat and the lobby is very pretty. My only complaint is the TV's, but they worked ...

Horrible
The staff at this hotel are so rude. In addition, the hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy and apparently if you just miss it they charge you a full nights room and tax. The customer service manager is horrible. I will NEVER stay at this hotel...

Mediocre
Hyatt was a pretty alright hotel, no pins for hooking up the laptop, the ones on the side of the table were not working, coffee and the creamer was no good, morning no hot water as the heating system broke down, one of my colleague had a similar...

The only complaint that I have is that I was not told about the parking deck fee before I arrived. Room was amazing and the staff was very nice. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
