The room and service exceeded our expectations.

This hotel made me feel respected: Everyone treated us respectfully as if we were very important.

The room lighting seemed dim. I prefer to stay at marriott's.

I had a good experience with the hotel accommodations, but the service was poor. In the sports bar, was shorted $15 dollars on my change, in one of the late night bars the service was extremely slow and inattentive, and in the breakfast/lunch.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was greeted warmly and courteously every time encountered a staff member.

It was upsettng that the restaurant and cigar bar was closed when was there. I would have liked to have gone to both.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The atrium gave the hotel a much more extravagant look than any hotel have ever stayed in.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a very homely feeling and the beds were awesome.
