This hotel was in an excellent location for my meeting and the service was good. It was close to other restaurants and the Metro for travel.

We know that Hyatt is one of the biggest hotel companies in the world. And last Christmas I went to Washington and stayed at Grand Hyatt. The lobby is great. The check-in desks are so neat, and you can take a sit while waiting for your check-in. In the lobby you can see so many things. There is a high-speed internet cafe. There is a cafe at the Lower Ground. The room is much bigger than we expected. The beds are really comfortable. I love the room. It's so peaceful there. At the hotel I didn't see any swimming pool. Besides it's Christmas so no one wanted to swim! However, it's a great experience at the Grand Hyatt.

The location of the Grand Hyatt Washington is very good. Comfort: excellent.

The hotel atrium was beautiful - a welcome retreat from the streets outside. The pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my entire life! The location was nice - a part of D.C. I hadn't been to before. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Having a Metro stop right there was great.

There were billing and valet problems.

It was a beautiful, luxurious hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of several attractions and eateries. The room was very comfortable and plush. I loved the great lobby environment -- it was a no-smoking lobby! It's a beautiful lobby with several restaurant/bar options.

The hotel's location was perfect, as I was able to travel to Dupont Circle easily to meet with friends, as well as enjoy all of Chinatown/Gallery Place. The rooms were fantastic.

Grand Hyatt is my hotel of choice while in DC. It is beautiful, clean, has a friendly staff, and is very accommodating for all needs. I highly recommend it.

I had a good experience with the hotel accommodations, but the service was poor. In the sports bar, was shorted $15 dollars on my change, in one of the late night bars the service was extremely slow and inattentive, and in the breakfast/lunch.
