It is easy to get to, comfortable, and there is great service.

The hotel lobby was very beautiful and so were the rooms. It is centrally located and easy to get to the mall and China Town. The reservations agents and the concierge were all extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem I had were the doors. The doors slam on their own and all night long it was slamming doors that would wake me up. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was such a beautiful lobby that whenever I came back to the hotel, I was excited to see it. The flowing water and the Christmas decorations were like a little bit of paradise.

Because of the late arrival I got a room at the top floor. The room quality did not match my expectation of the presidential room. The hotel had a good central location and average service.

They overbooked the rooms leaving me with a hospitality room and sofa bed the first night, for half price. The second night I was moved to a regular, and very nice room, however they were still over booked leaving new visitors to stay in hospitality rooms. Others in my party had to stay elsewhere, and although the hotel assisted them with reservations they were left to their own devices for transportation. As a group we were quite displeased because the reservations had been made two months in advance.

This hotel made me feel secure: Both the hospitality room and regular room were good sized, had electronic locks and two backup lock systems. The staff safely secured baggage between checkout and departure. The location is safely adjacent to the Metro terminal.

It was beautiful and uncomplicated. The only problem I found was the parking, it was a little far from the hotel.

As everything else in the district, the hotel had problems with availability of parking facilities, yet the parking attendants were pleasant and helpful. As usual, the rooms were top quality, as expected.
